Once a dingy 1950’s detached house, the property at Lambley Lane underwent a major refurbishment and is now bright and spacious, designed with the understanding that contemporary style can also be homely. The property has a mix of open plan space and separate living areas with a layout that allows for privacy with bedrooms, shower rooms and a utility area tucked away and a flexible open entertaining space.
An energy efficient design with underfloor heating, large windows and folding doors that allow all year-round natural light and make the most of the views of the surrounding gardens and greenery.
The house was also given a complete external face-lift, with natural cedar wood-cladding and a soft white render.
