This client wanted us to renovate and remodel their tired and dated property in West Bridgford. Long term, they also wanted to increase the living space with a side and rear extension. It was agreed that we would tackle this project with a two phase approach.

The aim during phase one was to upgrade the existing house with full rewiring and new plumbing throughout. We also sought to maximise the space at the rear of the house creating a lovely open plan kitchen/diner space with views out onto the garden. We fitted a sleek but temporary open-plan kitchen which will be re-purposed into a utility in the new extension as part of phase 2 of the project.

Extensive changes to the interior decor were made by introducing a modern twist on traditional design. The upstairs bathroom was knocked through and upgraded with a traditional roll top bath and statement tiling. Our team continue to work closely with our client to complete Phase 2 in the coming months.
